Yes! its a real preserved cornflower. Lovingly 3D dried and coated in UV resin - with silver plated findings, lapis lazuli beads and fresh water pearls.

Cornflowers, also known as bluebottle or bachelor's buttons, are often associated with hope, beauty and purity. They can also represent love, fidelity, and reliability. In the Victorian era single men would often wear a cornflower in the buttonhole of their suit when they were courting women. 

This wonderful creation is 34cm with a 5cm extender chain for the clasp. it is measured to fit like a choker but please add a note to your order if you'd like me to make the extender chain longer.

These findings are silver plated and may tarnish over time.

When not in use please keep me in a dry dark place (like a jewellery box!) and use a damp cloth to wipe any dust off. Care instruction cards come with each real flower purchase!
