Yes! this is a real preserved cornflower. Lovingly 3D dried and coated in UV resin, with gold plated findings and a fresh water pearl.

Cornflowers, also known as bluebottle or bachelor's buttons, are often associated with hope, beauty and purity. They can also represent love, fidelity, and reliability. In the Victorian era single men would often wear a cornflower in the buttonhole of their suit when they were courting women. 

This wonderful creation has a 46cm chain and a 5cm extender chain for the clasp. 

These findings are gold plated and may tarnish over time.
